Dear Tenants,
I’m actually typing this Newsletter at the Park. The week before I came, the temperature was over 110. This week the temperature is in the high 90’s and muggy from the monsoons. Next week the weather station is predicting the temperature will rise into the 100’s without the monsoons. I definitely picked the right week to be in Tucson, during the summer!
Our maintenance man, Joe Salaiz, was admitted to the hospital twice in July. He had an infection in his foot that traveled to his knee. He is currently recuperating at home. We all wish him well and eagerly await his return.
During August and September, we will be sending out paint notices and/or maintenance notices for mobile homes that need sprucing up. If you receive a notice and have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
As a part of the tenant approval process, we run a credit, eviction and criminal background report on all prospective residents requesting to reside at Desert Pueblo Mobile Home Park and all current residents applying for a new space at Desert Pueblo Mobile Home Park. The credit/eviction/criminal report fee is $30.00 per person. This fee needs to be paid by cash or money order, before your application can be processed.
Please be advised that we do not normally approve prospective residents and/or current residents with a criminal background, evictions or credit issues such as a bankruptcy, a foreclosure, a lien, a collection and/or a multitude of late credit card payments. If you have any questions concerning the application approval process, please feel free to contact me.
Desert Pueblo’s speed limit is still 15 MPH throughout the Park. Please remind your vendors and/or guests. As a safety reminder, please carry a flashlight while walking at night, so others can see you.
